Guarantee
All products shipped are guaranteed to be in good quality and standing at time of shipment. At no time do we intentionally try to misrepresent products by either images or descriptions posted on the website. Licensed fabrics and materials are marked on the website for use limitations. Commercial sale of licensed fabrics in finished products is prohibited by copyright laws. Written permission for such use must be obtained prior to sale of finished products.
Cancellations
If your place an order that you decide you do not want you may be able to cancel the order prior to us shipping it out, you may do so by contacting us by e-mail at sales@topazquilts.com or by phone at 775-329-2197. We will make every effort to stop the order prior to shipping. If a shipping confirmation has been sent, then cancellation will be too late and restocking fees and freight fees will apply. Please refer to our returns policy listed below.
Returns
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If product is missing, shipped incorrect or not to your liking, you need to make contact via e-mail within 48 hours of delivery. Our e-mail address is: sales@topazquilts.com . If packaging is damaged or opened at time of delivery, please have driver / carrier make notation if at all possible at the time of delivery. Retain packaging and materials as we will request a photograph of damages. We photograph each order prior to shipping to verify contents of packaging. We will review this against your claim for missing or wrong items. We will attempt to correct any errors.
Items being returned for reasons of dissatisfaction or not to your liking, will be reviewed. A 50% restocking fee will apply for all cut fabrics cut to order. (Excludes fat quarters & pre-cut fabrics) If product is approved for return, customer will pay for the freight to return the product(s) to our shop. Customer will include a copy of the e-mail correspondence indicating the return number with the returned merchandise. Once the product(s) is received, it will be inspected for quantity and condition prior to any refund or replacement is issued. Please allow 14 days from the date of return receipt of the product(s) for us to process your refund or replacement. If you used a credit card
NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN AUTHORIZATION.

Product images are provided for reference purposes only and are not intended to be an exact representation of the product. Due to computer graphic settings, internet resolution variations and poor photo quality, images may vary in color quality and image clarity. We try to represent items to the best of our ability but can not guarantee exact representation.
Shipping
- Most of our products are able to be shipped via USPS. If an item is a virtual item, download instructions will be supplied at the time of purchase.
- Most products are in stock and will ship within 2 business days of the order being placed.
- Back-ordered items are clearly marked at the time of order placement. You will be notified of the estimated shipping time.
- We can only accept orders from the United States and Canada. We only ship to the 50 states and Canada.
- Shipping rates are calculated at the time of the order being placed. Due to the variety of the products being offered, rates are not available here.
- Canada shipping is DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid by Sender). You will be responsible for all duties and taxes for delivery.
- When your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided for your convenience and will be available to you from your account. USPS tracking will also be emailed to you, directly from the USPS website.
- We offer the ability for you to pick up the order at our facility. Use the coupon code “will call” at the time of placing the order to select the will call option. We will contact you when your order is ready for pickup. Do not attempt to pickup product until notified. We have very limited hours that we are available and we don’t want to miss you.
Free Shipping
Free shipping qualifies on merchandise orders of $85.00 or more and only available in the United States (No Free Shipping to Canada). Order must be shipped to same location as one complete order. Multiple orders to the same location or multiple orders placed by same customer but shipping to various location can not be combined to qualify for free shipping. All orders are shipped via US Mail. No Express or Overnight shipping is available. Please allow 3 – 7 business days for delivery. (Canada delivery allow 6 – 14 business days)
