Can I pick up my order at your shop?

Yes, you can pickup your order. You would enter the coupon code will call when placing your order. When your order is ready for pickup, we will contact you via the e-mail address you provided with available times for pick up. There is no freight cost charged on pickup orders. Our hours of operation are posted, but we may have obligations that do not allow us to be in during those times. If you have hours that would work best for you, provide them in the order comment section when placing your order and we will try to accommodate you the best we can.

How is my fabric cut when ordered by the yard?

Most of the time, if you order more than 1 yard of material, your fabric will be cut as one continuous piece of fabric. It is much the same as visiting a local fabric store and ordering multiple yards of fabric. We do offer some fabrics that have already been pre-cut into 1 yard cuts. Those will be clearly noted in the item description and detailed description. If you order multiple yardage on those items, they will each come to you as 1 yard cuts.

If you are ordering more than 1 yard of a single fabric and want it cut into 1 yard pieces, please leave a note for us at check out or send us a message via our contact us form. We will do our best to help you.

How long does it take to have my order shipped?

Since we have very limited items that we allow back orders on, most orders can be packaged and shipped within 48 hours of receipt. If orders are received on the weekend or holidays, orders would ship as soon as we are back in the shop.

What items do you allow back orders on?

If an item is out of stock, we normally don’t allow for back orders. Suppliers can be out of product or are unable to ship on a posted delivery date, so we don’t want to keep you hanging. Items that we would allow a back order on are cut fabrics that we have in stock. So if a fat quarter is showing back order and it allows you to place your order, it is because we have stock fabric that we can cut down to fill your fat quarter order. That may also go for quilt and embroidery kits. If we have all the fabrics in stock, but have not cut down the kit, we would still offer it as a back order and prepare your order for shipment.

Do I need to have a Pay Pal account to pay you?

No, we use Pay Pal to process our payments securely. Pay Pal uses state of the art technology to keep up with internet security providing a “worry free” way to make payments online. If you do not have a Pay Pal account, you can still check out using a credit card through the Pay Pal Online Processing System. We feel it is a better way to process your payment. Having to keep up on all the latest threats facing online fraud is very time consuming. Sadly, as a small company, we may not always be up-to-date on all the latest threats. Using Pay Pal provides us with a sense of security and we hope that our customers can feel confident when placing orders with us.

If you just don’t like Pay Pal, we offer Simplify Commerce by Mastercard. It is a secure payment gateway provided by Mastercard to process your credit card payment. It will accept many of the popular card types out and about today. Use your Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We try to make it convenient for you to pay in a manner you’re comfortable with.

Why was I sent to this website when I was looking for White Sage Artisans?

Topaz Quilting & Embroidery is the company name being used by White Sage Artisans, LLC. In January of 2015, the company focus was changed from selling arts & crafts on the website. Since more sales and service calls were directed to quilting & embroidery, it was decided that White Sage Artisans would add a DBA (Doing Business As) and use the name Topaz Quilting & Embroidery. As we move forward, Topaz Quilting & Embroidery will be the company name we will be know for & we will be providing you the best service we can when addressing your fabric, quilting and embroidery needs. Please see our privacy policy for a complete disclosure. In short, we take every precaution to protect your information. We do not sell your information to any other party. We will use your e-mail address for correspondence and if we have an important announcement, well will use it to contact you. We will use your e-mail address for newsletters once we establish a newsletter program. You can always ask to be removed from the list if you feel it is not for you.

I live outside the United States and I am not able to place an order, Why?

Sadly, we are not able to process orders or payments for delivery outside the United States. Due to exchange rates, international shipping charges and customs, our company just isn’t equipped to handle orders being paid for or shipped outside the United States. We’re very sorry for inconvenience.
